Once purchased, these tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under absolutely no circumstances will the airline refund these highly discounted airline tickets. The ticket(s) you are purchasing are completely NON-CHANGEABLE after the first travel date has passed. Ticket Upgrades are purely at the discretion of the airline. Please check directly with the airline.

In order to change the ticket(s) that you have purchased, you must:

REQUEST CHANGE
Request a change before the first travel date.

CHANGE FEE
Pay a fee of $200 (for Domestic Flights) and $350 (for International Flights)

DIFFERENCE IN FARE
Additionally, if the new tickets costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original, the airline will not credit the difference.
- Therefore, the total cost will be (The Change Fee) + (The Difference in the Cost of the Tickets)

  • Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. If for any reason, such as problems with credit cards, ticketing is delayed, the quoted fare may change. Please be sure you have entered all information correctly, to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • Third party ticket purchases require a fully completed  credit card authorization form to be faxed to us, at (703) 379-6983, prior to issuance - see above. With $30 for using third party.
  • Schedules and fares are subject to change without notice.
  • Tickets are normally NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CHANGEABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Wholly unused tickets have NO VALUE after the original departure date.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION.
All travelers within the 50 United States are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, at the airline’s ticket counter at check in. Parents normally vouch for children’s identification; unaccompanied minors have more stringent rules, and parents must check directly with the airlines.

In general, for security reasons, all American citizens departing the country are strongly advised to carry a valid U.S. passport, regardless of the particular government requirements of the destination(s). Passports are issued by the U.S. Passport Agency, Department of State; application can be made at a variety of locations. Passengers are responsible for having the correct documentation in hand at airports upon departure.

Passengers who plan to travel to affected areas must make themselves aware of any health rules or advices, and secure proper inoculation, if so required.

RESERVATION NAMES AND TICKET REQUESTS.
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person(s) traveling - no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler's passport. Once reservations have been made and you have provided payment information, your reservation CANNOT be changed without large penalties, which may be $350 USD or more (IF a change can be made at all) and further may be completely NON-REFUNDABLE. Some tickets are completely NON-CHANGEABLE. If a ticket can be changed, the request must be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the original departure date. Once the first departure date has passed, unused tickets have no value.

CHECKING IN FOR FLIGHTS.
All passengers must check in at airports, primarily at airlines’ ticket counters, or in some cases, at departure gates, to receive boarding passes. Domestic flights require 1 hour in advance; international flights require at least 3 hours prior to departure. These requirements are made by the Transportation Safety Administration, and are subject to change.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS .
International travelers are advised to know the entry requirements for the country(s) to which they are traveling or entering. Reliable information regarding international travel can be found at www.travel.state.gov. Label sale of an international ticket to you does not imply any guarantee of passenger's ability to enter the country of destination. Traveler understands that Label takes no responsibility for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country.

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS and MEALS.
Seat assignments and special meal requests will be conveyed to the airlines, but cannot be guaranteed.Seats for all passengers traveling together will be selected automatically and adjacent to the primary passenger, based on best seats available at the time of request.

TRAVEL DESTINATIONS.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Label urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov,
www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov .

PAYMENTS.
Label accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards for all purchases.All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.Sales Tax will be charged on certain products depending on the shipping address as required by law.

SHIPPING.
By placing an order, the member accepts the following shipping terms:

All paper tickets must be shipped within the domestic United States. Tickets will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day delivery. A $15.00 USD per ticket delivery fee applies. A $30.00 USD service charge will be assessed for overnight delivery within the continental United States. The charge to Alaska or Hawaii will be $20.00 USD for 2-day delivery and $30.00 USD for overnight delivery (when available). The charge will appear on your statement from Label Reservations.

Tickets can only be shipped to the BILLING address of the credit card holder on whose card the ticket was purchased. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses, and no C.O.D. orders can be accepted. If you wish to have your tickets mailed to an address other than the billing address of the credit card, you must fax your request to our credit department at 703-379-6983, along with a legible photocopy (front and back) of both your credit card and drivers license (or passport), your credit card billing address, your day and evening phone numbers, and your company name and address. A $10 processing fee applies and approval takes one (1) business day. If the delivery information you provide is incorrect, you will be charged an additional $20.00 USD ($10.00 USD for FedEx to return the ticket and $10.00 USD for Label to send the ticket to the correct address for the delivery of your package).

If there will be a delay in shipping, Label will send you an email message notifying you of the delay.

In order to ensure delivery of your tickets prior to your departure, we cannot accept paper ticket bookings for travel within 5 business days of departure date.

It is agreed by and between the Purchaser and Wholesale Travel Center, Inc. that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this Contract shall be litigated, if at all, before the Circuit Court for Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or as to those lawsuits to which the Circuit Court for Fairfax County in the Commonwealth of Virginia lacks subject matter jurisdiction, then before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S.A. to the exclusion of the Courts of any other county, state or country

Any Changes must be made prior to the departure date of the originally scheduled flight.
If the change is not made prior to the original scheduled flight as shown on the affected flight coupon, the ticket will have no value. No show - no refund- no change

SCHEDULE CHANGES. All airlines periodically adjust their flight schedules. It is solely the passenger’s responsibility to check flight times and reconfirm reservations, within 72 hours of departure, for all flights within an itinerary. Failure to reconfirm onward travel may result in complete cancellation of all following reservations.
